Dear Joint Venture partners,

It's time again for our Lightning Giveaway 4. We would like to extend you an invitation to become a Joint Venture Partner with us on one of the best giveaways that will happen this year. We are anticipating an awesome event for everyone involved.

The event will run for 14 days but the site will remain open so that all subscribers can still download the gifts after the event ends. We ask that all partners leave their pages up for at least 30 days following the event. We anticipate being on schedule for the launch date.

**IMPORTANT**

As we mentioned all products must be new never seen before, this can be anything, a video, ebook, audio, software, membership sites, it doesn't matter as long as its new. In Lightning Giveaway 3 we compromised to allow newer products or products that have been sold in the past and as a result we had more partners but the response was not nearly as good as the previous giveaways. Therefore, this event will be for NEW PRODUCTS ONLY, sorry no exceptions. We would rather have fewer partners and a great giveaway.

We are trying to get our partners involved in the OTO to make it a great product. This is your option, you do not have to donate to the OTO, but the more involvement we have the better the conversions. All partners will receive 50% commission on their OTO sales. Any partner who donates will be raised to 60%. So far we have had a great response, I have a few partners that have agreed to do a recorded training call in their area of expertise, (if anyone would like to do a recording send an email and we will arrange a time to do the call). Other partners have donated upgraded (paid area) memberships to their sites, and others have donated products with Master Resell Rights. Again this is your choice but it would be great to have as many participants as possible.

JV PARTNERS AGREEMENT

You'll need to contribute your own Brand New Product to this give away event. It can include - E-Books, Reports, Software, Video, Audio, really it can be anything as long as its new, we will accept re-written and re-covered PLR products.

A personal list with a minimum 6,000 subscribers.

Now this is the part that is so important You have to send out a minimum of two (2) emails to your entire mailing list endorsing the Lightning Giveaway event - we will provide pre-written promo emails for you if you wish to use them The One Time Offer we're talking about above is for the "LightningGiveAway Event" only and not the OTO you create for your own products.
